first workshop of 6 taught by stephanie jones...   she is great guys, and these classes are going to be a lot of fun..  this class will be $15, and if wanted to byob, that would be just lovely too!

We will be taking a little book, made from pages ripped out of old vintage books & then sewn together, & turning them into little works of art showcasing your photos! This mini sized scrapbook is perfect for highlighting photos from a recent trip, a special event, from a nature walk, or of your favorite people. Its perfect for giving as a gift or as a little coffee table book.

What you need to bring: Photos! Bring a minimum of 9 pictures, but 15 or so would be perfect.Your photos could be from a special event, a vacation, a nature walk, photos of your favorite people, etc. A couple ideas: choose a couple photos specifically for cutting down to highlight little details & if you have an ephemera that go with the photos you could incorporate it into the book. Please note we will be cutting these photos & permanently attaching them into the book, if you are not comfortable doing this with original photos, please make copies (same for the ephemera).

Everything else needed to make this book will be provided! A variety of patterned papers for you to choose from so you can pick the patterns & colors that best speak to you. A variety of stamps, including alphabets to make a custom title for your book, journaling spots for writing down memories, & a variety of designs for embellishing.
